The Compare tab allows an application configuration of a specific type and a specific version to be compared to another application configuration of the same type and same version. For example, a Well Test configuration at version 1.0.1 can be compared to another Well Test configuration at version 1.0.1, but cannot be compared to Well Test configuration at version 2.0.1, or to a Plunger Lift configuration.
If there are any differences between application configurations, it is possible to copy selected values from one configuration to another.
Be careful when copying values from one configuration to another. The values in the target will be updated immediately and it is not possible to undo the operation.

Choose applications
Use this area to choose two application configurations to compare. Application configurations are sorted by application type and configuration version. Only applications of the same type and at the same revision can be compared.
View differences between the application configurations here. Differences are named according the default group name, and not the user's configured name. This is because user names may not be unique, or may be different in the two compared configurations.
This area is also used to select configuration values to copy.
Use these buttons to copy selected values from App 1 to App 2 or vice versa. Once a copy operation is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or undone. Be careful when copying values from one configuration to another.
