Do not rely on the screen grabs in this section for Modbus register addresses. The registers used will depend on your specific configuration and the version of the application. Always get the registers from Modbus CSV export.

Manual Override

1. Manual Override
Set the Enable Manual Override coil to 1 to enable manual override. When manual override is enabled, the sales valve state can be selected manually using the Manual Control parameter. When the manual override control state is exited, the control loop for the plunger will pick up where it left off.
2

Reset Control

2. Reset Control
Set the Reset Control coil to 1 to reinitialize the plunger control loop. The coil will be cleared by the application once the request is processed. This command will most often be used to exit a shut down state due a protection setting being activated. When this command is issued plunger history will be preserved but the plunger arrival counts will be reset.
3

Reset Stats

3. Reset Stats
Set the Reset Stats coil to 1 to clear the plunger arrival counters, total plunger travel and cycle history. The time since the last reset command was issued is available in status registers.
4

Pause Control

4. Pause Control
Set the Pause Control coil to 1 to suspend the plunger control loop. While suspended, no automatic control will take place, however protection settings, the Manual Override command, and the Reset Control command will still be processed. When the Pause Control coil is cleared, the control loop will pick up exactly where it left off.
