General Information

The core functionality of the Shutdown Manager application is to read and process inputs, create shutdowns from those inputs, and then drive outputs from those shutdowns. An application specific export shows clearly which outputs are driven by which inputs, and includes configuration validation.

Outputs are enabled automatically as long as they have one shutdown connected to the output. Outputs are always active low. A shutdown that is driven by a digital input is active when the digital input is low. Shutdowns that are driven by integer inputs or float inputs can be configured to be active when the value of the input is either above or below a configurable threshold.
