Modbus register contention, where different programs try to write to the same Modbus register, is one of the hardest problems to solve when using SCADAPack RTUs. SCADASuite has some tools to help identify register contention. Modbus register maps can be compared from not just SCADASuite applications, but also from Telepace logic and Realflo.
